Where do I check my domain's DNS records?

On Sending › Domains, click the domain; the DNS records section shows each record's status, and Check runs the check again at once.

You check your sending domains' DNS records on Sending › Domains.

  1. Click the domain in the list; its details open on the right.
  2. The DNS records section shows each record (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) separately. If there's a problem, the section says for example 1 record isn't working and marks that record.
  3. After fixing the record at your DNS provider, click Check; the records are checked again at once. The same action is in the domain row's three-dot menu as Check DNS.

Outfound also checks your sending domains' records on its own regularly. If a record breaks, it tells you and, if needed, pauses the campaigns sending from that domain until the record is fixed. Turn these alerts on or off with Domain DNS alerts under Email notifications on Settings › Account.

There used to be a separate DNS check tab and a tool that checked outside domains; both were removed. You now look at the records only on the domain's own screen.
