Eximpedia: pricing, coverage and an alternative for finding buyers

What Eximpedia sells, what each plan includes, which countries it lists, and when an exporter needs buyer research instead.

Eximpedia is a Singapore-based trade data platform that sells shipment records: who imported or exported what, from whom, through which port. Its self-serve plans cover US import data, from $220 a quarter (Boost) to $2,400 a year (Corporate, which unlocks all countries). It is useful for seeing which companies already import your product in the countries it covers. Like every customs data tool, it shows past shipments, not who fits you today, and it leaves the person to write to and the first email to you. Outfound starts from a description of your buyer, checks each company on its website today and writes the first email to the decision-maker.

What Eximpedia is

Eximpedia describes itself as "a single source of truth for global trade across 200+ countries". Its subscription page says it has "exclusive customs data across 28 countries, bill of lading data across 58, and statistical trade data covering 200+ countries", and its Enterprise pitch mentions access to "3B+ shipment records". The company lists its address in Singapore. Sales run through demos and a sales team, with self-serve checkout for the smaller plans.

Three kinds of data sit behind those numbers, and they are not equally useful for finding a buyer:

Before you buy any trade data plan, ask which of the three exists for your target country.

"U.S Import Trade Data" plans from eximpedia.app/subscription on 11 October 2026, in US dollars. The annual option is marked "Save 20%".

Country coverage

The pricing page lists 35 countries with shipment counts: in Asia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Russia, Indonesia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Türkiye and Sri Lanka; in North America, the US, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico; eleven African countries including Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania; and eight in South America including Brazil, Chile, Peru and Argentina. The largest counts are Vietnam (about 302 million shipments), Indonesia (about 171 million) and the US (about 104 million).

Two things to note. First, India did not appear on that list on 11 October 2026, so if you need Indian shipment data, confirm it with sales. Second, the countries most exporters sell to in Europe are missing from company-level lists everywhere, not only at Eximpedia: the EU does not publish customs records with company names, so platforms show European buyers only as they appear in the records of the exporting country (mirror data).

How Outfound does the job:

  1. You describe your buyer: who sells or uses your product, in which country.

  2. Each candidate's website is read today. Companies that fit come with the reason and a source link; the rest are dropped with why.

  3. The decision-maker is found and the first email written for that company, in the buyer's language, sent after your approval.

  4. Sending is set up for you: a separate domain with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and warm-up. 98.8% of emails sent on the platform between 25 March and 25 September 2026 were delivered.

One result: Korflame makes outdoor kitchens and barbecues. With Outfound it found customers in Malta, Hong Kong, Greece and Albania and a distributor in Sweden. If you export from India, see how Indian exporters find buyers.

Similar customs data providers

Eximpedia competes with other shipment data platforms. We have compared Volza, ImportGenius, Panjiva, TradeAtlas and the free US-only ImportYeti. India-based providers such as Export Genius and Seair Exim sell similar data; we have not listed their prices because we could not check them on their own sites today.

When comparing any of them, ask the same four questions: which countries have company-level records (not mirror or statistics), how far back the data goes on your plan, how many records you can download, and whether contact details are included or cost extra.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Eximpedia cost?

For US import data, Eximpedia's pricing page lists Boost at $220 a quarter or $704 a year, Business at $320 a quarter or $1,024 a year, and Corporate at $2,400 a year through sales. Access to all countries is on Corporate and an Enterprise plan, priced through sales. Prices from eximpedia.app/subscription on 11 October 2026, in US dollars.

Which countries does Eximpedia cover?

Eximpedia says it has exclusive customs data for 28 countries, bill of lading data for 58 and statistical trade data for 200+ countries. Its pricing page lists 35 countries with shipment counts, among them the US, Mexico, Vietnam, Indonesia, Türkiye, Brazil and several African countries. India was not on that list on 11 October 2026, so ask sales if Indian data is what you need.

What are Eximpedia points?

Points unlock shipment records, company profiles and reports. The US import plans list 50,000, 75,000 and 100,000 purchase points. The FAQ on the same page describes points and users for a different set of plans, so confirm the exact allowance with Eximpedia before you buy.

Is Eximpedia good for finding buyers?

It is good for finding companies that already import a product in the countries it covers, and for seeing who supplies them. It shows past shipments, not who would switch to you, and the contact and first email are up to you. Use it to build candidates, then check each one before you write.

Can I use Eximpedia and Outfound together?

Yes. Take importers from Eximpedia, check with Outfound whether each fits you today, and send the first email to the decision-maker at the ones that do. Outfound also finds companies outside customs records, such as buyers that purchase through local distributors.
